Our A+ Technicians provide vendor authorized warranty repairs on Apple, Compaq, Dell, E-Machine, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Micron, and other manufacturers of computer hardware products, but non-warranty service is not solely limited to these product lines. These services are not limited to customers who purchased their computer from GlobalTech.

On-site Services

GlobalTech also provides on-site service, repair or upgrade of your computer. No need to dismantle your system and take it off-site. Our technicians are hardware experts skilled in the diagnosis and resolution of hardware problems.

In addition, our technicians will work with you to optimize your computer's efficiency and usability by customizing and upgrading your system.

Hard drive crashes, computer viruses, and BIOS failures are only a few of the problems that can hamper your computer's performance. Our technicians are professionals in isolating and correcting any problems that your computer may encounter.

Preventative Services

GlobalTech also provides preventive maintenance service programs to address the needs of businesses that do not have qualified computer technicians or staffs. Basic equipment maintenance such as data backup, internal and external component cleaning and software updates is administered on a scheduled basis.

Why wait for your computer to fail? GlobalTech's tune-up service is designed to both improve performance and help prevent crashes. Our O/S upgrade service will quickly install the latest version of your operating system and provide an analysis of any hardware or software incompatibilities.

Warranty repair

Coverage for computers varies by manufacturer and the term of the warranty period. For details contact us or consult the warranty document you received with your computer purchase.

Post-Warranty repair

GlobalTech provides a 60-day full parts and labor warranty for all out of warranty repairs.
